When viewing emails in the Outlook client you will see a "ribbon" like the one below. Please take note of the last button to the right of this bar. When a suspected phishing email is received you should select the email and then click on the Report Phish button. Once this is complete ProofPoint will evaluate the message further. There is no need to forward SPAM, phishing attempts, or any other dangerous emails to the help desk.



When viewing emails in a browser it is the same concept just a different spot at the top right of an opened email is an ellipses as shown below. Click the three dots and a drop down menu will appear. The Report Phish button is located near the bottom of the drop down menu that appears as seen below.
